In Cummings Properties continuing efforts to improve the look and energy efficiency of its properties, in-house construction crews are putting the finishing touches on the facade upgrade at 340 Fordham Road in Wilmington. In addition to dramatically enhancing the building's exterior appeal, the new insulating synthetic stucco surface and low-E glass windows also help to lower energy costs. Although the majority of building is now leased, the opportunity for a business seeking a 1,500 SF suite remains!

Caffeine and Carburetors
If the sight and sound of an estimated 350 exotic racers were not enough to get a car enthusiast's motor running, then the java was. Presented by yuppieracing.net, the "Cars and Coffee" event was held last weekend at TradeCenter 128. Clients Dunkin' Donuts and the Lobby Shop fueled the crowd's thirst for BMWs, Lotuses, Vipers, Porsches, and more.

Innovative Design
Inspired by a recent Boston Globe column titled, "Let’s redefine New England’s brand image," Cummings has created the "Innovate in Massachusetts" logo, which is prominently displayed alongside the Massachusetts-made electrical inverter for the 100KW solar panel array at TradeCenter 128 (Cummings Properties Sustainability Manager Gary Gresh). Cummings Properties has aided innovative entrepreneurs in Massachusetts for nearly four decades in getting their ventures off the ground with incubator space such as the Emerging Technology Centers.
