Cummings Properties, in conjunction with National Grid, will replace or retrofit substantially all of the building-standard lights at Cummings Center with more energy-efficient lighting. Resident firms will enjoy the substantial benefits of this no-cost program in their future electric bills, all the more important in light of increasing energy costs.
