A pioneer in the energy-conservation movement in commercial real estate, Cummings Properties recently completed a year-long lighting retrofit project, upgrading nearly 15,000 lighting fixtures throughout 40 buildings! The new energy-efficient fixtures will conserve nearly 5.5 million kilowatt hours annually, enough electricity to power 550 homes!
