The largest marketing pieces produced to date by the Cummings Graphics Department have arrived! These Texas-sized "Lease Now" banners measure 10 feet by 29 feet and are mounted on the exterior of the TradeCenter 128 drum and drive-thru annex. Leasing On-line

Can leasing space get any easier than Cummings Properties one-sheet lease? Associate property manager Tom Maregni thinks so! A client of Tom's at 38 Montvale Avenue in Stoneham wanted to expand to an adjacent vacant office. In a series of five brief emails over a short two-hour period, Tom and the client agreed on the terms and legally memorialized the deal! The client was pleased and the keys to its new office were delivered within the hour! To fill-up your shopping cart, check out our space available list here.

Here Comes the Sun!
Cummings Properties completed the first phase of a major 200 kW photovoltaic solar panel installation at TradeCenter 128 in Woburn. Following approval by local authorities, Cummings employees assembled and installed the 518 - 3' x 5' solar panels in a 36-hour period.
The solar panel array will produce more than 107,000 kilowatts of very green power per year. To view a real time graph of the power generated by the panels, click here.
Partially funded by a grant by the Massachusetts Renewable Energy Trust, the panel array will generate upwards of 10 percent of the common area lighting and HVAC systems at 300 TradeCenter. It is among the largest solar installations to date in Massachusetts.
The system consists of 518 Canadian Solar panels, a 95 kW Solectria Inverter, and Unirac support racks supplied by Munro Distributing of Fall River, Massachusetts.

All Signs Point to Wilmington

Commuters coming off I-93 at Exit 39 in Wilmington will soon be treated to the sight of the renovated 340 Fordham Road building. A 4-foot by 8-foot sign displaying the rendering of the building was created by Cummings Design Department members Ben Eaton and Suzanne Lee. As part of the renovation, 340 Fordham will receive a new energy-efficient synthetic stucco exterior, new entries, doors and windows. The 30,000 SF, one-story office/R&D building is available now for lease.
Good Service is a Year-round Commitment!

This weekend brought yet another winter storm to the Boston area. A reported 13 total inches fell between Sunday and Monday, but the Cummings' Snow Team was hard at work making sure that the abundant free-parking lots of Cummings Properties were clear for the arrival of clients first thing Monday morning.
